Playing football with the Pats…shooting 3’s with the Celtics…batting with the Sox…skating with the Bruins.  Those are all things that one can only dream of doing. How about competing on the same WOD as Rich Froning or Annie Thorisdottir?!  Reebok CrossFit Back Bay is making that wish come true with today’s workout.  A fusion of the individual and team version of the second Regionals workout comes at you hard, but with a twist.  30 seconds of sprinting with 30 seconds of rest will tax capacity at every level.  This WOD is enduring in the Row, difficult in the Pistols, and demanding on the Hang Power Cleans.  Today is a chance to be exposed to difficult and heavy movements and increase the challenge more than ever before.
